Allergen information

Annex IIIa of Directive 2003/89/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 November 2003 lays down the list of ingredients that must always be indicated on foodstuff labels. The list was updated by Directive 2006/142/EC adopted by the Commission on 22 December 2006.

This table has been drawn up on the basis of HACCP studies carried out in-house and with our suppliers. Key:

  • in dark red : the allergens are present in a large number of products in our range,
  • in orange : the allergens are present in a certain number of our products (soy lecithin in products containing chocolate, SO2 in products containing dried apricots, almonds in the frangipane filling),
  • in black : the allergens are present in certain ingredients by cross-contamination and their presence cannot be controlled.
