La Fournée Dorée achieved higher level BRC/IFS certification in 2004.

To maintain this certification, which guarantees the perfect quality of its products, La Fournée Dorée carries out systematic tests at every stage in production (incoming ingredients, manufacturing, finished product, etc) and follows extremely strict rules for traceability in terms of the origin, date and exact time of manufacture of its products. The same applies to the ingredients that are used to make them.
