The Gâche is a traditional brioche that used to be made at Easter in western France. Discover this original and tasty recipe, made with crème fraîche and fresh eggs. The new recipe with "fresh butter" gives it an even more tender texture. Enjoy it on its own, or spread with honey or jam.
