Ingredients
- 6 slices of Sliced Gâche
- 6 thin slices of smoked bacon
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Chives
Preparation
- In a bowl, mash the hard-boiled egg and mix it with mayonnaise and some finely chopped chives.
- Cook the slices of smoked bacon in a pan for a few minutes so that they become slightly crispy.
- Toast the slices of Gâche and on a first slice, spread a thick layer of egg-mayonnaise mixture.
- Cover with a second slice and spread with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Place the tomato slices on top and the grilled smoked bacon slices on top. Cover with a third slice.
- Cut the whole in 2 diagonally and hold each part with a small wooden pick.
