Gourmet Brioche Sandwich

Ingredients
- 12 slices of Sliced Brioche Loaf
- 2 avocados, sliced
- Lettuce
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 6 strips bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
- Place 4 slices of brioche on a clean surface.
- Layer with lettuce and tomato slices.
- Place another slice of brioche on top of the first layer. Add avocado slices and bacon strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste if you want.
- Place the final slice of brioche on top of the second layer. Add a final layer of lettuce and hard-boiled egg slices.
- Top with the last slice of brioche to complete the sandwich. Arrange the sandwich pieces on a platter and serve immediately.
