They are beautiful, they are ORGANIC, and in accordance with the current regulations on organic production, our products of the ORGANIC Range are made without using herbicides and without artificial flavours (but not without love, don’t worry)!
Concerning the VEGAN Range, we are at the forefront of innovation in the pastry department by releasing two brioches without animal products and without ingredients from animal exploitation: The Sliced Brioche and the Bread Loaves. Are you more on the salty side? No worry, you will find your happiness with our tasty vegan Brioch’Burgers!
COMBINE PACKAGING AND RECYCLING
A SOURCE OF PROGRESS FOR THE PLANETWe are fully aware of it: the best waste is the one that does not exist. So we want to remove useless packaging, promote recyclable and recycled packaging. Do you want some examples?
Very concretely, the removal of Mini Chinese Cakes trays is the removal of 4,720 kg of waste per year! Also: all our plastic films are monomaterial to facilitate their recycling, we make sure to use cardboard from sustainably managed forests, we collaborate with local actors to promote recycling…
Basically, the list is long, and it continues to grow!

IS A COMPANY TAKING UP THE CHALLENGES… Reduction of the energy consumptionDoing more for the planet is to know how to do with less! The reduction of our energy consumption concerns water (since 2019, -20% of the water quantity to prepare our brioches) and electricity (development of metering systems, optimisation of the use of energy-intensive equipment, etc.).

Company waste reduction programmeWaste reduction and waste prevention are also a priority in our workshops. So we make sure to prioritise recycling, 90% of our waste is entrusted to recycling chains! And we do not throw away what we produce. Since 2022, 100% of our by-products (raw paste and Non Compliant packaged products) are used as raw material for animal feed. Nothing is created, everything is transformed!
