Cut the smoked salmon into strips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with salt, nutmeg and half of the chives, then pour two spoonfuls of this preparation on the bottom of each brioche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Break an egg on top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the buns and the heads next to each other in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-neve-link-color-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a688d90e9a3e3cb40724b577d638e8bc\" style=\"font-size:20px\">Once out of the oven, season with pepper and add the salmon strips.
