Ingredients
- 4 Brioche Burger Buns with Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 250ml garlic aioli
- 100g iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 340g chicken burgers
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large shallow frying pan over medium heat.
- Add burgers and cook 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden.
- Meanwhile, toast rolls, if desired, cut-side up, under a preheated grill until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Fill rolls with lettuce. Top with burgers and drizzle over aioli.
