Maintenance Supervisor

Lanthier Bakery, a subsidiary of the La Fournée Dorée Group and producer of the famous brioche breads, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at its Baie-D’Urfé facility. Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and adjusting production equipment, both automated and manual, to ensure smooth operations across the facility.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor equipment based on the established maintenance schedule

· Perform corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance on all production equipment, independently, remotely, or by coordinating with subcontractors

· Inform management of equipment obsolescence

· Use internal management and monitoring software (CMMS = Computerized Maintenance Management System) to:

o Submit maintenance requests

o Adhere to scheduled maintenance

o Enter intervention reports

o Manage spare parts inventory

o Prepare quotes and communicate with suppliers

· Ensure application of 5S methods to maintain order in the workshop and storage areas

· Enforce and comply with internal regulations, policies, and applicable standards (quality, hygiene, safety, environment)

· Communicate work instructions and updates across shifts

· Lead, supervise, and support the development of team members

· Participate in team leader meetings with the production management team

· Present and explain performance indicators to the team

· Serve as a key communication link between management and staff

· Take an active role in continuous improvement projects within the department

Qualifications:

· DEP in Electromechanics of Automated Systems or Industrial Mechanics

· Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance

· Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel management

· Experience in the food industry (an asset)

· Experience in maintenance planning management

· Class C license (an asset)
