Boulangerie Lanthier, a subsidiary of the La Fournée Dorée group and producer of our famous brioche buns, is looking for a Production Operator to join our team at our Alexandria, Ontario plant. Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $23.07/h
  • Night premium: $1.25/h (24:00(midnight) and 6:00)
  • Evening premium: $0.75/h (18:00 to 24:00)
  • Attendance bonus: $0.75 (certain restrictions apply)

Responsibilities

  • Operate the machinery and equipment attached to his workstation (Wrapper, slicer, metal detector, printer, cooling tower, labeling machine).
  • Identify and resolve workstation operating problems.
  • Make the necessary adjustments according to the type of bread produced.
  • Complete various reports.
  • Respect good manufacturing practices.
  • Respect occupational health and safety rules.

Skills and qualifications required

  • Completed DES or equivalent training.
  • Experience in an industrial environment (an asset).
  • Detail-oriented, self-reliant and a team player.
