Baie‑d’Urfé (BDU)
In 1985, the BDU production unit was built in Baie‑d’Urfé, Montréal, to meet growing demand. In 2015, La Fournée Dorée acquired La Boulangerie Lanthier, allowing the company to diversify its production by adding delicious brioches.
Alexandria (ALX)
Lanthier Bakery was founded in 1932 in Alexandria, Ontario, by Georges and Adrienne Lanthier.
At the time, it was one of four new bakeries in the small town of Alexandria, during an era when bread was still mostly homemade.
