Ingredients
- 2 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
- 2 herbed sausages
- Some arugula leaves
- 1 red onion
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the mustard with a little ketchup, then peel and slice the onion.
- Cook it in a frying pan with a little olive oil for about ten minutes. Add the sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Cook the sausage in a pan with a little olive oil for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Cover the inside of the hot dog bun with the sauce.
- Place a few arugula leaves, the candied onions and the sausage on top and close.
